Shipping policy
We offer a popular, $10 flat rate, 2-business day Local Delivery Service to Vancouver, North/West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Ladner, Tsawassen, New Westminster, Coquitlam and Port Moody for orders $35 and up. Orders under $35 are a flat rate $15 for delivery, and orders over $100 are delivered free of charge. Please provide instructions at check out where the driver can safe drop your order or reach you in case you're not home to receive the delivery. Deliveries are made during the day and timing depends on the drivers route that day.
We also offer buy online/pick up in-store at your convenience.
Free shipping Canada-wide on all orders over $100.00, except Nunavut (calculated at checkout by Canada Post).
For orders under $100.00 we charge a flat rate reflective of Canada's vast geography:
- B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba - $15.00
- Québec and Ontario - $20.00,
- Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Northwest Territories and Yukon - $25.00
Regretfully we are currently unable to ship to the USA due to the Trump administration's imposition of tariffs up to 60% on shipments to the US, money we would be forced to collect upfront from US customers and submit to the US government. We refuse to comply with this directive and hope the situation will change in the future.
We ship with Canada Post or UPS and aim to process, pack and ship orders within a couple of days.
